Amy Rose (エミー・ローズ Emī Rōzu) is one of the main characters in the Sonic the Hedgehog serialized manga published by Shogakukan. Amy is described as a sweet and innocent hedgehog, who lives in Hedgehog Town. She is always being taken by Anton Veruca to be forced to date him and kiss him at times. Amy is also the girlfriend of Nicky, who can transform into Sonic the Hedgehog when in danger or if Amy is taken from him.
