"My Lovely Horse" was Ted and Dougal's Eurosong '96 entry which subsequently went on to be selected as Ireland's Eurovision entry in the episode "A Song for Europe". They were initially going to perform it using a backing track to an obscure Norwegian Eurosong entry which turned out to be more popular than they thought. Although it was selected to be the country's Eurovision entry it scored the dreaded 'Nul Points' at the latter.
