A falcon who is the captain of the Eagle Army, and Soar's love interest. When Soar was exposed as a female, Falco knew the law that it was death, but knowing that Soar was the eagle King's daughter, he spared her life. When he saw Soar save her father, he was impressed and asks for her wing in marriage.
