The overly-optimistic Pim seems like the perfect candidate for the Smiling Friends organization, a group of fellow toons dedicated to improving the leaves of the sad and self-loathing. However, that job proves to be very difficult when Pim's first assignment leads him and chilled-out Charlie to the controversial TV actor Mr. Frog, whose homicidal tendencies begin to kick in when they are assigned to fix his dying career.
