Mackenzie Christine Foy (born November 10, 2000) is an American actress and model. She is known for portraying Renesmee Cullen in the 2012 film The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2, which earned her a Young Artist Award nomination as Best Supporting Young Actress in a Feature Film. She portrayed young Murphy in the 2014 space epic Interstellar, for which she received a Saturn Award for Best Performance by a Younger Actor among other awards nominations. She starred as Clara in Disney's 2018 film The Nutcracker and the Four Realms.

Smash is a 2025 superhero film directed by Joseph Kosinski and written by Zack Snyder, Steven Spielberg, and Gore Verbinski from a story by Snyder. Produced by Legendary Pictures and The Stone Quarry and distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing, the film is the first installment in the Smash Brothers film series. Based on the Smash Brothers video games created by Nintendo Entertainment, it stars Sophia Lillis as Meggy, who travels to America by boat with her older sisters Marie (Hailee Steinfeld) and Callie (Mackenzie Foy) only to realize that the world is in danger. The ensemble cast also includes Bradley Cooper as Luigi and Jack Black as Mario respectively, alongside Jonah Hill, James McAvoy, Vin Diesel, Daniel Kaluuya, Margot Robbie, Hugh Jackman, and Russell Crowe as Emperor Yoshi. Smash opened in theaters on February 19th, 2025; the film was met with largely positive reviews, with praise for the tone, Kosinski's direction, visual effects, action sequences, musical score, and performances (particularly those of Lillis, Cooper, Diesel, Steinfeld, Foy, Black, and Crowe), along with its faithfulness to the source material. It was also a box-office success, grossing $795 million worldwide against a budget of $133 million. Considered one of the greatest game adaptations of all time, it received numerous awards and nominations, including five Academy Awards and six Golden Globe Awards. A sequel entitled Smash: Dark Moon was released on February 28th, 2026.
