Sir Raleigh is the chief machinist of the Fiendish Five. A pompous Welsh aristocrat who got bored of his life, he turned to piracy to loot ships and build machines. He setted his headquarters on the Isle of Wrath in the Welsh Triangle, where he constructed a blimp-like “storm machine” that generates rain and winds to sink passing ships and plunder their loot.
