In the violent underworld of Hong Kong, Wei Shen (played by Lewis Tan), an undercover cop born in the city but raised in the United States, returns to infiltrate the feared Sun On Yee Triad. As he immerses himself in his mission, he faces the fine line between loyalty and betrayal.
