Spotlight is a 300 year old dragon who is laying sleeping at the Prismatic Palace. She first appears as a disembodied voice in season 3 when she conforts Cynder when she discovered that Malefor wasn't her father and told her that she has a home and people she loved. Spotlight is usually of motherly instincts and also acts a little curious to the outside world.
