Cynder is a 16 year old dragon. She first appeared at the end of season 1 being sent by Malefor to tell Kaos that he's now in slavery after being defeated by Spyro and friends. When Spyro defeated Cynder, he saves the female dragon from her captor, giving her a chance to become a better person and enrolled at Skylanders Academy. At her first appearance, she is ruthless, bloodthirsty and violent. After being saved by Spyro, although retaining her violent attitude, she develops a sweet and energetic personality and a (secret) crush on Spyro.
