Marvin is an upperclassman at Alfred's school and Chris's boyfriend. Though he's mainly known for being the star of the school's sports teams, he's also a very passionate sci-fi writer—however, he's self-conscious about his writing abilities and thus tends to keep it secret. One day, he lost one of his stories by accident and it was found by Chris, who liked it so much that she sought out the author and found out it was him! After their first meeting, they grew closer over their shared love of aliens and sci-fi and eventually fell in love.
