Twilyte is a member of the Hesperides, an order of nymphs dedicated to changing the day to night and back again, and spent her days painting the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises all across Skylands. One day, the Asteriae, a group of nymphs of the stars who felt jealous that their work wasn't as beloved as the Hesperides, attempted to plunge Skylands into an eternal night—but just before they could succeed, Twilyte not only stopped them, but showed them how the beings of Skylands loved the stars as well, diffusing their jealousy! For her kindness and strength, Avenir personally scouted Twilyte as his first Skylander.
