Fan Casting Xinlin "Lin" Huang in Skylanders: Heroes Series (Japanese Dub)

A 23-year-old woman of Chinese descent from Japan. Her family moved from her home country when she was eleven due to a change in her father’s job, and while living in Japan, faced a lot of xenophobia that caused them to assimilate into Japanese culture to escape it, and the bullying Lin faced for being Chinese caused her to become meek and a doormat. Years later, they return to China to help out with family affairs following the death of a grandparent, and returning home caused Lin to realize just how much living in Japan changed her for the worst, and vowed to reconnect with her culture and regain the confidence she lost in her youth, but she’s struggled with it due to how disconnected she’s been from both for most of her life. At first, Xinlin's shy, perpetually anxious, and has a habit of fawning over everyone she meets and over-analyzing her interactions with everyone. However, once she becomes more comfortable with someone, she’s becomes very outspoken, cheerful, and quick to talk your ear off. Despite her nerves, she’s the heart of the group and the glue that holds everyone together.
