Captain Stormward is a seadog pirate who leads the Seabound Army, an army of largely sea-inhabiting creatures who are currently warring with several other for control over Skylands. He's become so entranced by the spoils of war that he's pushing himself to fight even though his army has become greatly disadvantaged, and he's grown even more desperate to win with every loss.
