A Mini of the Kaos Element. Lo-Dra is a hydra hatchling cloned from Hi-Dra in Evilon's attempts to craft an ideal hydra minion, but before it could hatch, the egg was kidnapped by Hi-Dra to ensure that wouldn't happen. Lo-Dra had hatched upon arriving back at home base, and now eagerly follows in its big sibs' steps as a fighter of evil. The heads can share a VA or not, it's up to you.
