Six months after her fated partner returned to Earth, Knight Mare returned back to the Oracle of Stones following a failed theft, only to find it halfway through delivering an omen about the unraveling of the universe and a cryptic message about how to stop it. Shocked by this news, she'd brought it straight to Master Eon, and has been seeking the wisdom of the eldritch beings that christened her the Oracle's protector for an answer—but, the answers continue to be well out of her grasp.
