Fan Casting Malefor in Skylanders: A Battle of Heroes

Malefor is a malicious purple dragon who acts as the reigning King of the Underworld. He originally terrorized Skylands and raised Cynder up as his minion before she broke free of his influence and became a Skylander, but over the course of history, was stopped by many heroes and stripped of much of his power. Wanting to regain the power he lost, he made a deal with the Darkness to siphon the powers of past, present, and future purple dragons to regain the power he lost, forcing the heroes to stop him.
