After being freed from the Darkness's control and becoming Rosendo's fated partner, Golden Queen has taken quite a few blows to her pride on account of her many failures and having to work with her arch-enemies as a result. Her plan to bring the Doom Raiders back into the spotlight failed, she was seized by the Darkness, and she can't even take this golden opportunity to regain her spot in Skylands' criminal underbelly and get all the gold she wants! Needless to say, she's not pleased about any of her current circumstances, and she's making that Rosendo's problem.
