Chris has become an operative for the BSAA, the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance. He was leader of the Alpha Team until he suffered post-traumatic amnesia, after which be resorted to alcohol and became a recluse in Eastern Europe. It was his partner, Piers Nivans, who managed to persuade Chris to resume his leadership after a biohazard outbreak occurs in China.
