After several hikers vanish without a trace in the forests surrounding the isolated town of Black Ridge, investigative journalist Mae Cafferty returns to her hometown to cover what appears to be another tragic missing persons case. But as strange emergency broadcasts echo through the woods and survivors report hearing the voices of loved ones calling for help, Mae uncovers an old legend that the town has spent generations trying to bury. Teaming with a haunted park ranger, a determined wildlife biologist, the local sheriff, and a handful of reluctant survivors, Mae discovers that the disappearances are the work of Siren Head, a towering, ancient predator capable of mimicking voices, warning sirens, and emergency alerts to lure people deep into the wilderness. As the creature closes in and paranoia tears the group apart, they must unravel the truth behind its origins before the forest becomes its next mass grave.
