The story deals with Spider-Man being in the middle of a conflict between multiple teams of villains, including the Sinister Six and Savage Six, orchestrated by Kindred. Kindred frames Spider-Man for the murder of Ben, causing everyone in New York, including his parents, to turn against him. Now our beloved friendly neighborhood is forced to face all of his foes and friends at once.
