Gustav Fiers picks up Adrian Toomes and with Michael Morbius, Fiers, and Harry reopen their project. They bring rhino back and hire his good friend, Russian hunter/assassin Sergei Kravinoff, and the mysterious Black Cat. Their goal is to stop Spider-Man and take full control of Oscorp.
