Norrin Radd is one of the heralds of the being known as Galactus, water of worlds. Norrin’s job is to track down planets which Galactus can consume, Galactus forbids Norrin from using his real name, only calling him Silver Surfer. After hundreds of years being his punching bag, Norrin turns on Galactus for good. Sending him into a parallel dimension, but is he really gone for good?
