Douglas Pipes is an American film score composer whose feature films include the Academy Award-nominated Monster House, the horror film Trick 'r Treat, and the Christmas comedy-horror film Krampus.
The plot revolves around the writer Harry Mason, who is looking for his missing adopted daughter Cheryl in Silent Hill. In the city, he discovers a religious cult trying to perform a ritual in order to revive the deity that this cult worships.
