38 years after the events of Wes Craven's 'Shocker', a fatal mistake results in the television holding the spirit of serial killer Horace Pinker being sold to a collector of vintage technology in a town in New Zealand. Pinker's spirit escapes and possesses the man's Australian stepson to begin a new murderous rampage.
