Tyson Craig Beckford (born December 19, 1970) is an American male model and actor, best known as a Ralph Lauren model. He is currently the host of the Bravo program Make Me a Supermodel.

Benjamin was born and raised in Orangeburg, South Carolina. He began wrestling his sophomore year at Orang-Wilkinson High School. He served an assistant wrestling coach at his alma mater and trained with future Ohio Valley Wrestling ( OVW) tag team partner Brock Lesnar
