Maybe the real Modok or Monica/Scientist Supreme? Perhaps Silvio plays the charm at first and then tells her in the second or third episode once she knows that he's getting her to work against the clock? Reason why her particularly? Maybe he's being pursued by Daredevil and Punisher and because he was seen with her last, he uses her as bait? Maybe Daredevil and She Hulk stage a fight where he fakes his death and still helps as Matt Murdock?
