Mary has gone off to college and Billy and Freddy wrestle with the possibility of separation. Billy continues his growing pains with his adopted family, and envelops himself in being a to avoid decision making. Meanwhile, he is tested in deeply personal ways as his closely held traumas as brought to the surface through battles with the Seven Deadly Sins and the obsessive Doctor Sivana.
