After regaining his powers, Teth-Adam, acting on the evil interests of Lady Blaze and Lord Satanus, must meet with the current holder of the powers of Wizard Shazam. Billy and Mary Batson, however, are not ready for such a formidable enemy, having to turn to those who have faced him before for help.
