Character Description

Billy, after helping with a fire situation as Captain Marvel, realizes he's late. He flies back home and says the magic word, reverting to his child form. But then he hears someone behind him saying, "### ####, so it's you... You're Captain Marvel?" Billy looks desperately at Freddy, who stares back in utter disbelief.
