Marty is an alcoholic writer looking for a script. He has a very good title, but he doesn't have a story. Marty has a couple of eccentric friends, Hans and Billy, who live by kidnapping rich people's dogs, then return them after collecting the rewards. However, now they are in trouble because it is about a gangster's dog, Marty uses the events as the basis of his script.
