A spoiled old villain, 30 years after the events of the first Elmo in Grouchland, escapes from Grouchland prison in a terrorist plot to clear out all the trash from Grouchland in the sad hopes of finding one thing he cherishes like Elmo's blanket. When all the trash is relocated to Sesame Street. Elmo must return along with his friends to stop Huxley before the Earth would stink!
