Cooper Hoffman (born March 20, 2003) is an American actor. The son of actor Philip Seymour Hoffman, he made his acting debut with a leading role in Paul Thomas Anderson's coming-of-age film Licorice Pizza (2021), for which he was nominated for a Golden Globe Award. He has since portrayed Dick Ebersol in the comedy-drama Saturday Night (2024) and made his stage debut in an Off-Broadway production of Sam Shepard's tragedy play Curse of the Starving Class (2025). Vincent Lauria, after winning plenty of pool contests, opened a billiard saloon that is doing very bad, a reflex of the pool scenario around the world. He decides to organize a big contest in his saloon, so he takes a trip around USA to recruit talents for the contest. The point is... the contest will have new and old talents competing equally. In debt, Vince gets money from a loan shark to pay for the costs, including the prize. 0min to 17min --> Vincent and his saloon 17min to 70min --> Vincent recruting 70min to 120min --> The contest 120min to 135min --> Ending
