Sentry, whose real name is Robert Reynolds, is a retired superhero for years, following a tragedy that happened in Chicago through the fault of the "Void", his mysterious worst enemy, before going to live in London. However, when something awakens his superheroic side, he must once again don the costume and cape to try and save the world while trying not to do too much collateral damage. He can count on the support of another retired superhero, Blue Marvel, while the English government calls on its powerful protector, Captain Britain, to try to stop the Void. However, although already quite unstable and worried for his wife, Sentry will discover that his worst enemy is actually much closer to him than he thought...
