Animation will be handling the rights to SEGA and where TMS Entertainment and Marza Animation Planet will be permanently folded into. Also, Paramount Animation (part of Paramount Pictures, Paramount Global) will join this company as well, and so will both Sony Pictures Imageworks and Blur Studio.
