With the recent publicity and notoriety that superheroes have been getting, Nick Fury decides to form a more lowkey task force. He puts together a team of trusted SHIELD agents, C-Tier superheroes, and vigilantes to hunt down the remaining forces of HYDRA, who seem to have recruited many of the recently freed inmates of the Raft.
