Harper and her BFF Katie, while traveling the world see some hot guys, and because they're, pretend to have some difficulties with their car on the side of a small town road. It turns out that they were actually secret agents working for the U.S. government, and Harper and Katie end up following them (Because they're simps) and help them on their missions.
