Simu Liu (/ˈsiːmuː ˈliːjuː/ SEE-moo LEE-yoo; simplified Chinese: 刘思慕; traditional Chinese: 劉思慕; born 19 April 1989) is a Canadian actor. He rose to prominence by starring as Shang-Chi in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, debuting in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021). Liu was born in Harbin, China, and raised in Mississauga, Ontario. He has also played Paul Xie in the Omni Television crime drama series Blood and Water—for which he was nominated for a Canadian Screen Award and an ACTRA Award—Jung Kim in the CBC Television sitcom Kim's Convenience (2016–2021), and one of the Ken dolls in the fantasy comedy film Barbie (2023). In 2022, Liu published the memoir We Were Dreamers and was named one of Time magazine's 100 most influential people in the world. Past ghost face Jennifer Johnson thinks she's escaped her past with a normal life as a new professor at Blackwater college. She is taunted by a new ghost face who knows her secret and forcing her to kill victims as they wish. During a date night, Jennifer employs one of her students to watch her dog and house sit- during this date night ghost face stalks and kills the college students hanging out at her house and the nearby neighborhood. Jennifer is forced to leave date night and kill at the killers demands in a spree- with two epic finales coinciding. On the neighborhood side, the big three survivors from the first two movies return where they meet ill fates. With Mateo dying, Quinn getting kidnapped by Ghostface prime, and Avery getting arrested and framed for the murders in the neighborhood. The fate of the ghost faces with better- with one dying during the final fight, the ghost face prime being revealed but escaping with Quinn, and Jennifer with no normallcy to return to embracing her killer roots
