Ricky Owens was one of the missing original Mystery Incorporated members who supposedly disappeared in the Crystal Cove Caves. He returned under the alias of Mr. E having built a seedy corporation called Destroido Corp.
In the town of Crystal Cove, sightings of a mysterious ghost have been appearing, leading to the attention of four kids. This leads them to investigate who the ghost is, and uncover Crystal Cove’s dark truth along the way.
