Fan Casting Lady Shera Montley in Scooby Doo: Tales of Terror

The ghost of Crystal Cove founder Sherman Montley’s sister and the one who pursues the eradication of the Moondoon family bloodline. Throughout the series she serves as an annoyed maternal figure to Shaggy and Scooby. She is also the only one who believes in her brother’s innocence of allegedly committing the infamous murders he’s famously accused of, vowing to only break the Moondoon family curse should the family acquit her brother of the murders.
