Dr. Jonathan Crane has been haunted by his irrational fear of scarecrows, he feels the need to create an antidote to counteract these fears. However what he comes up with is a poisonous gas that can make you see whatever you fear the most, with this gas in hand Crane decides to enact his demented revenge on the people who wronged him.
