The big brother was a crossdressing serial killer and member of the Baba Yaga family who helped his brother capture Sawyer the Cleaner for the latter man's obsession with her. After his family had moved to Roanapur after being forced to flee the U.S.A., the big brother helped the older brother who became infatuated with Sawyer the Cleaner and wanted to make her his bride by force.
