The film follows Frank, an anthropomorphic sausage who lives with his fellow foods and beverages in a supermarket owned and operated by humans. However, the groceries believe that humans are immortal gods, and when a human woman enters the store, she befriends Frank and helps him discover the truth about what happens when groceries are purchased. The two go on a journey with Frank's grocery friends to escape their fate while also facing a psychotic and malicious douche who wants to kill him.
