TLC is an American girl group whose original line-up consisted of Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins, and Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes. Formed in Atlanta, Georgia in 1990, the group enjoyed success during the 1990s.
There was a band called Saturate. And they played some awesome rock. The leader of the band was Mike Mexas, the guitarist. There was also Hector Porras, the bassist, Jimmy Miller, the singer, And Kurtis James, the second guitarist. Saturate was looking for a drummer. Chase Lacombe was Hector's good friend. Chase called Hector and asked about the drummer position. Chase, was an amazing drummer. He went to the audition, and after about two and a half songs, they all new he was perfect. Mike and Saturate practiced for a while. And then they played a show at Scout bar grill and bar. They practiced for two more weeks. Then, they played at BFE Rock Club. I actually went to that show. Then they Practiced for ANOTHER week. And also played at Acadia Bar and grill. I went to that show too. ALSO, something really cool. I got to got up to the drum riser and head bang on stage next to the drummer, Chase F**k'in Lacombe. Before they played at Scout Bar, Mike wanted to start a new band with Hector and Chase. After the BFE show, they thought of a new name. Oceans Fire.
