Monica Jean Rial (born October 5, 1975)[1][2] is an American voice actress and ADR script writer affiliated with Funimation/Crunchyroll, ADV Films/Sentai Filmworks and Toei Animation USA. She provides voices for English-language versions of Japanese anime films and television series.
English dubbed versions of the Sanrio anime from the 2000s and 2010s. This includes Onegai My Melody, Sugarbunnies, Hello Kitty, Usahana, Cogimyun, and more.
