During a solar eclipse, a new league of villains has come to Tokyo, known as the Dead Moon Circus, who are hunting for the legendary Pegasus. Little do they know that Pegasus has found a host in one of the Dream Mirrors: Chibiusa. Now it's up to the Sailor Guardians to protect the innocent and stop the bad guys from getting their hands on the Golden Crystal, which is linked to Pegasus.
