Emily Noelle Skinner (born November 30, 2002) is an American actress. She is known for her work with the Brat network (2018–2020) and her role as Amber on the Disney Channel series Andi Mack (2017–2019).
Usagi Tsukino befriends Luna and becomes sailor moon to protect earth from the evil forces of the negaverse and queen beryl (Rei Hino/Sailor Mars Ami Miunzo/Sailor Mercury Makoto Kino/Sailor Jupiter and Minako Aino/Sailor Venus and Tuxedo Mask) Together they will also have to take on monsters and go to school at the same time.
