Late 1970s: the insular East Asian country of Calaysia is led by a leader named Sumotro who is now leading the Movement of Non-Aligned Countries. Since Sumotro refuses to align either with the Russians and the Americans, the CIA starts a plot to damage his reputation: making a gay porn movie featuring a Sumotro look-alike, since Calaysia is a really homophobic country. The CIA contacts Solly Berg, an adult film director arrested for obscenity, to direct the movie, and Sam Angel, a gay male hustler arrested for prostitution, to star in it and have sex with the look-alike, a security guard named Charles Zarnecki with heavy makeup. In the meanwhile, the Russians are trying to make a REAL sextape featuring Sumotro, using three attractive female spies named Irina, Ivana and Viktoriya who, dressed as maids at Sumotro's palace, are trying to have sex with him and film the act, since the leader is a notorious womanizer.
