Roy is the alias of Aaron Stampler, a character in the 1996 psychological thriller film Primal Fear. In the film, Norton's character convinces Vail to defend him in the murder case. The judge eventually finds Aaron not guilty by reason of mental insanity and sends him to a maximum-security mental hospital.
