It's been nearly three years since the last Ghostface killings in the Big Apple. Sam thinks it's finally over and is looking forward to enjoying the Christmas holidays with her friends, old and new. But when Sidney Prescott and Mark's kids Bethie (Kathryn Newton) Hannah (Emma Myers) Edith (Selena Gomez) and Tom (Jacob Tremblay) are kidnapped by a new Ghostface - followed by Tara, the two final girls must team up in a bid to rescue their loved ones before the killer finishes them off once and for all.
