Randall Boggs is the secondary antagonist of Disney•Pixar's Monsters, Inc. franchise. He is the arch-rival of James P. Sullivan and Mike Wazowski's arch-nemesis. Snide and vindictive, Randall is notoriously envious of Sullivan, his personal arch-nemesis and the most beloved scarer in Monstropolis. To make his mark on the world while simultaneously stealing Sullivan's spotlight, Randall plots to "revolutionize" the scaring industry using conspiratorial means that involves kidnapping human children (and involving Mr. Waternoose as his partner-in-crime).
